"Shipping took forever"
I was disappointed with how long the shipping took. I mean... I knew it might not arrive overnight, but waiting weeks was a bit much. The delivery time really took away from the whole experience.

The kilts seemed fine overall, but the style selection felt limited to me. I expected more colors and different looks to choose from, so it was kind of hard to find one I really liked. That part was weird because I thought there’d be more variety.

I was checking out the kilts, but the descriptions really didn’t give me much to go on. The sizing, fabric details, and what’s actually included all felt unclear. Some of the pages even seemed like the same text was just copied around, which is kind of ridiculous. I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering unless there was better info and real photos to look at

"I ordered this because it looked like there..."
I ordered this because it looked like there were a ton of custom options, which was the main reason I bought it. But once I actually got into the checkout process, it felt way more limited than advertised. Some of the choices weren’t explained clearly at all, and I didn’t really get proper updates about what was going on with them either. The kilt itself is okay, so it’s not like it’s terrible, but it’s definitely not what I thought I was customizing. Kind of frustrating, honestly

"Staff Wasn’t Much Help"
I ran into an issue with my order and expected the staff to at least point me in the right direction, but it felt like they didn’t really want to deal with it.
I tried reaching out through chat, but the replies were super short and didn’t actually explain what I was supposed to do next. I ended up more confused than when I started.
Maybe other people have had a better experience, but mine was really frustrating. If this is the kind of help I can expect, I’ll probably just take my business somewhere else. 1 star from me.

"Definitely not black"
Maybe I’m being picky because I really needed this to match something I already had, but I ordered black and what showed up looks more like a faded grey. I kept checking it in different lighting thinking maybe it was just me, but no, it’s just way off. Disappointed

I ordered from Theutilitykilt it was fine overall. The kilt itself is decent for the price, so I can’t really complain too much there. Shipping took longer than I thought it would, though, and the fit wasn’t quite right when it finally showed up. Customer service did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick, and at this point I’m kind of worn out from having to chase down orders and answers every time I shop online. I might order again if they had a really good deal, but I’d probably check a few other places first.

I’m not sure if it’s just how I’m using them, but the pockets feel a bit awkward. My stuff seems to keep slipping out, which is kind of frustrating.

the delivery was frustrating. My kilt showed up late, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea what was going on. Not a great experience

"Sizing didn’t match what I expected"
I measured my waist twice and went by the sizing chart, so I expected the kilt to fit well. Unfortunately, it still showed up way too tight. I figured the chart would be more accurate, but it really didn’t help much in my case.

I followed their sizing guide closely, but the kilt still didn’t fit right when it showed up. It felt like it was off by maybe 2 or 3 inches, so the advice really didn’t help much. Frustrating after taking the time to measure.

"Refund is taking way too long"
I returned my kilt a few weeks ago and I’m still waiting on the refund. To be fair, the support team has replied each time, which I guess is something, but the answers have been vague and haven’t really helped. Maybe it’ll get sorted soon, but right now it’s been a frustrating experience

"Fabric wore out way too fast"
I really wanted to like it, but the fabric started wearing down after just a few weeks and then it ripped. I wasn’t even using it that heavily, so... disappointing.

"Felt Misled by the Quality"
I thought these would hold up better, so I’m disappointed. After only wearing them twice, the snaps/buckles started falling apart. Definitely not what I expected based on how they were presented.

"Stitching was bad everywhere"
I was disappointed with this. The stitching was bad all over, like really bad, and it just made the whole thing feel cheap. Every time I looked at another part, there was more messy stitching. It didn’t feel well made at all, and the poor stitching just stood out again and again

"Hard to find anything available"
I was trying to buy a kilt, and I got kind of annoyed fast. Most of the sizes I clicked on were out of stock, then I kept checking different ones, then back to another style, and it was just the same thing. I eventually gave up because I couldn’t tell what was actually available without clicking all over the place. The site really needs to show stock sooner, because it felt like a waste of time.

"I bought these thinking they’d be..."
I bought these thinking they’d be comfortable for work and just walking around during the day, but they’re restrictive. They look okay on, but the second I try to bend down, squat, or take a longer step, they pull in weird spots and feel way too tight.
Maybe I picked the wrong cut or size, I’m not sure. I just expected them to move better than regular pants, not worse. Disappointing, honestly.

"Wrong kilt and a lot of waiting around"
I finally got my order after waiting, and it wasn’t even the kilt I picked. The size was wrong, and the color didn’t match what was on my receipt. I emailed them about it, but waiting around for a response just made the whole thing more frustrating. It was a straightforward order, so I don’t get how they messed it up. I wouldn’t order from here again

"Still Not Fixed"
I reached out hoping to get my issue resolved, but it felt like I was being brushed off. I don’t want to keep chasing something that should’ve been handled already, and at this point my issue still isn’t fixed. Just sharing so others can be aware before dealing with the same thing.
